Yard 2 Yard registration is open!
May 29, 2020
- Because of the postponement of Phase 3 until Wednesday, June 3, programming will start that day.
- All families must purchase a membership ($75 registration fee) BEFORE you are able to book any Yard 2 Yard sessions.
- SMALL GROUPS: Note that there are two separate categories for registration, HOST FAMILY AND ATTENDEE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO REGISTER AS A HOST FAMILY UNLESS IT IS YOUR HOME OR NEARBY GREEN SPACE THAT IS BEING USED FOR THE SESSION.
- SMALL GROUPS: It is most important that the HOST FAMILY registers first to lock in a date, time slot and coach. Attendees can register after.
-
- If a small group wants to add attendees later, that’s fine as long as the group is no larger than 10 kids in order to stay COVID-compliant.
- Families will be able to register for as many sessions as desired two weeks in advance.
- The system only accepts credit cards.
- IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE GAME ON! CAMP TUITION PAYMENT ALREADY IN YOUR ACCOUNT TOWARDS YOUR YARD 2 YARD SESSIONS – Please continue to process your payment via charge card as required by the Yard 2 Yard registration process. Once you have purchased your membership fee alone, forward your Yard 2 Yard paid receipt to info@gameon.koredesign.group
. In the same email, please let us know your Zelle quickpay phone number or email associated with your account. As soon as we are able, we will process a $500 refund from your camp account. Once you have used over $500 toward Yard 2 Yard, we can continue to issue refunds from your camp account in large increments sufficient to cover your Yard 2 Yard sessions. After much study and preparation, we have found that this is the cleanest and most effective way for us to help you use camp funds to pay for Yard 2 Yard sessions. ***If your bank does not accept Zelle quickpay, please let us know if we can refund through Paypal. We can refund via check, but the process will be considerably slower.
- On the registration page (link to be published at noon by way of email and on our website), scroll down and click on the membership ‘Start for $75’. Once you have completed membership registration, you can continue the booking process.
- Click ‘Book Now’
- Select the desired suburban or city location.
- Select the type of programming you would like – multi-sport or sport-specific.
- Select what length (1, 2, 3 hours) and type (private or small group) of session. Please read carefully when you are selecting your options.
HOST HOME – where the session is being held/only the host family registers under this option
ATTENDEE ONLY – only members of a small group who are not hosting register under this option. - Select your coach (if only one is available, selection will be automatic and you will skip this step)
- Select your date and time slot.
- Fill out your participant’s information.
- If you are only signing up for the one session, click ‘Confirm Booking’
- If you would like to sign up for another session, click ‘Add another service’, repeat the process, and then click ‘Confirm Booking’ whenever you are done.

As we experience unprecedented times, we have kept you all top of mind, maintaining our dreams for a typical Game On! summer filled with laughing, learning and playing.
However, the safety of our campers is always paramount and with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to officially cancel all camp weeks up until and through the July 4 weekend. With regard to the remaining camp weeks scheduled for July and August, we will reserve our decision for later on this month when we have more information and guidelines from the CDC and state and local health authorities.
But, we do not give in easily and we are already working hard to continue our empowering programming during these canceled weeks. Game On! will be offering an alternative camp experience beginning as soon as possible in June and will send out details in another email to follow tomorrow, Tuesday, May 6.
In the meantime, please know that we recognize that this is a challenging time for everyone. So, we truly appreciate all your support in helping us to continue doing what we do best – keeping girls strong in body, strong in mind and strong in team. We are so determined to continue our mission and impact, and with your understanding and care, we stand a fighting chance.
For those families who have already submitted deposits or payment toward tuition, please consider the following:
Stay tuned for the email tomorrow that will talk about a structured, sensitive and safe alternative camp experience.
Please let us know if you have any questions. We are here to answer.
