IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ALL OUTDOOR CAMP WEEK:
- Camp hours: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (No extended camp care available)
- Indoor access will be limited to bathroom use
- No refrigeration or air conditioning available (Lunches and snacks will remain in campers’ backpacks and stored against the shaded side of the building)
- Game On! will have access to water and ice
- Cancellations on a daily basis due to extreme weather conditions will entitle you to a 50% refund for the day. (Extreme weather may include a heat index in the unhealthy range as defined by the EPA, rain which makes conditions unsafe (including slippery grass or surfaces) and extreme heat defined as 88 degrees and above). Camp executives will make the determination to cancel by 8:15 each morning
- There will be no refunds, credits issued, or make up days for sick days or other medical conditions unless determined by camp executives to be “severe,” (i.e. broken bone or sickness requiring hospitalization).
- Cancellations for a full refund must be at least 3 weeks prior to start of camp week
- Multi-week & sibling discounts do not apply to extension week.
