A payment of $300 per week is due at the time of registration. The remainder of your balance will be charged to your account on file on April 15, 2026. If registering after April 15, payment in full is due at the time of registration.

Deposit/Refunds/Cancellation Policy
Camp deposits, less a $100 administrative fee, are fully refundable until April 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2026, and the $100 administrative fee is never refundable.
Note that Game On! families are not entitled to a refund or make-up days for camp days missed due to sickness, injury, vacation, behavioral issues, schedule conflicts or other similar reasons. Refunds due to serious medical conditions or other exceptional circumstances will be at the sole discretion of Game On! owners.
There are no refunds for camp days cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, facility power outages, or other such circumstances that render our Game On! camp sites unsafe or unusable OR if driving conditions prevent a significant number of camp staff from making the commute. These decisions are within the discretion of camp owners and directors.
